Here you can find a description of our personalized services both for shippments of little packages (by sea, by air, by road) and for the shipments of urgent packages and documentations for all destination of the world; these are very similar services, but they have some differences.

We lighten your organization from the burden and the personell work needed to coordinate all these operations:

  1. Little Packages

    This particolar service includes:
    Pick up from your or your suppliers warehouse throught specialized couriers upto:

    • Our chose warehouse
    • Or directly to the colletting point of the sea co-loader (LCL shipment) or the truck co-loader (LTL shipment) or tha airline company/air co-loader (air shipment); Or directly to the colletting point of the sea co-loader (LCL shipment) or the truck co-loader (LTL shipment) or tha airline company/air co-loader (air shipment) ;
    • packing of the goods, if needed(packages have to be correctly packed and handled with fork lift)
    • issuance of the complete documentation;
    • custom clearance;
    • shipment upto final destination; (you can choose between co-loaded sea or road or air service; or, in case of particular urgency chosse the direct service offered by Airlines;
    • Insurance policy

    Regarding F.O.B. costs you can find below indicative tariffs for pick up of harmless cargo:

    Minimum taxable weight 1.000 kos

    All risk insurance cover based on CIF amount (increased of 10%)
    Fixed fee 13 for every our debit note ( in case we can issue one montly debit note)
    Regarding sea LCL and air shipments tariff are variable based on peculiarità of the packages that have to be shipped; Apply for quotation also for seafreight, truck cost or air freight.

  2. Documentation and Parcels

    This particolar service includes:

    • daily pick up from you or your suppliers through our confidential express courier;
    • packing the parcel if needed;
    • issuance of complete documentation;
    • custom operations, if needed;
    • Delivery to destination through the quickest service, agreed with you; we can also use international Couriers and, in case, use special subscriptions you may have with a particular courier.

    Dedicated service within one day working pick up / delivery fm/to fm your office of little parcels (15 kos max) throught particular service coordinated by us; here below actual tarffs for this particular service follow:

    Milano inside city first pick up 8,00
      For every followign pick up 5,00
         
    Out of Milano province For Kilometer (round trip) 16,00
    (special tariffs can be agreed for long distances)
    For parcel of more than 15 Kos (ratio 1 cbm= 300 kos) Surcharge every 5 kos 3,00
  2. Custom Clearance

    CUSTOM CLEARANCE SERVICE INCLUDES:

    • Export custom clearance, delivery of cargo and the related documents to you offices (inside Milano Province);
    • Forwarding documentation visaed by custom office sto your suppliers;
    • tariff for single export custom clearance operation: 62,00

    FLASH CUSTOM CLEARANCE SERVICE INCLUDES:

    • Export custom clearance, within 24 hours delivery of cargo and the related documents to you offices (inside Milano Province);
    • tariff for single custom clearance operation: 62,00
  3. MAILING SERVICE:
    • It includes filling in the courier form using the ones headed to you and Forwarding documentation visaed by custom office sto your suppliers; 10,40
    • Fixed fee 13 for every our debit note ( in case we can issue one montly debit note)
